We’re going public!

Okay, not that kind of going public. But we’ve put up the first public screenshots of War Plan Pacific, our first title. They’re over on the games page. It feels kind of odd, putting up screenshots with a lot of placeholder art, but it gives folks a chance to see how the game is coming together.

Codename Bywater? Is that Hector Bywater?

The screenshots look cool. I love the PTO. Are you accepting beta testers? I'm a total geek about the Pacific.

Yes, Hector C. Bywater. A very interesting character.

We’re not at Beta yet, and haven’t set up a beta registration program. We’ll announce that on the website when we’ve got our ducks in a row. If you’d like an email when that happens, please send your contact info to and ask to be notified.

I suppose we should set up a real newsletter or mailing list subscription program. We’re getting to that point. Pretty soon, we’ll have to take the “Prelaunch” off our site title.

Thanks for the interest, cvbuff. I know there are people out there just like you (and me).

Great that you're working on a wargame that can be played in one sitting. Too many seem to focus on monster wargames for me. I was happy playing something simple like Avalon Hill's old War at Sea. Take a look at the Klear Games demo of Samurai, might give you some artistic inspiration. Cheers!
